When I got my wheels from Rick UPS damaged one of my wheels and I had to open up a claim. I eventually received a new wheel but it took another month. That's when VIP started using FedEx. UPS has screwed me in the past also!
I guess USPS is starting to look good!

yea ups didn't want to take care of it. and i had to pay for a new wheels for kevin myself.but we always take care of customer first
