I don't physically have them at my house, no. I ordered them through AE Performance, and they called yesterday to tell me they had them, and that they would be ready today. They're even dropping them off at my house. :happydance:

That was the same theory I had, as well. They were bombarded with orders last year, and they just couldn't keep up. I was given a quote of 6-8 weeks, and it took 7.

I ordered from modbargains.com, same as res0zsfa. They claim to be right down the street from forgestar and have a good relationship with them. They also said 2 months or so. Hopefully im half way there :excited:

Well good to hear Forgestar is starting to meet demand finally.

I ordered from AE Performance, and they're in Chino. Originally I was going to use Modbargains, but they were going to make me pay in full, in advance. AE let me pay half up front, and half after the wheels arrived and were inspected. That was the deciding factor for me. Plus, I have a few friends who drive BMW's who cautioned me to avoid Modbargains due to customer service issues. Let me know how everything works out of you.

After about 2 months, my Forgestar's are finally on!!! I'm really glad I went with the piano black instead of the flat black. I'm getting tons of compliments on the car already.

I'm riding on the Eibach Pro Kit. Dude, I love these wheels.

Nitex 09-08-2010 01:02 PM

^^ haha you got me excited for my wheels again. My project kics neo chrono lugs are in. Just need my wheels. Now i need to figure out if i should wait to install until spring as it looks like ill be spending the winter in the NW.

speak of the devil! Went home for lunch and BAM! Curious should i go 275/35 19 up front (suggested by discount tire) or 275/30/19 F. My only fear is rubbing upfront with the 35 series and a 1inch ish drop. Rears im pretty set on 305/30 19

I went with 255's in front, and I think it worked out perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my overall selection.

Nitex 09-08-2010 05:14 PM

You won't be disappointed.

Your car looks great, bro! I'm thinking I need to get a BBK now. Red calipers would look good.

Nitex 09-22-2010 01:00 PM

^ thanks man! Yeah BBK is my next upgrade for sure, will look much better with some pop behind the wheels. Z1 offers a really good upgrade of the stock brake system + better rotors, fluid pads etc for $1200. If i decide to step it up ill get some AP's but they are much more $$.

:ninja3: $1400 for sport brake upgrade, more if you upgrade fluid/pads etc.
