Mine came with plastic ones too. My 350z came with metal ones. But does it really matter if it's plastic or metal? hehe

mine came with the cheap gray plastic ones all around just like the op's,
and i too got the 19" sport package rims/aka i got the sport package i solved my problem by switching them with the black ones on my siblings VW, they are still plastic but now they are black. i didnt even tell her i swapped them, lol
