Hi guys, I want to do autoX and ocasionally track days. For my wheel/tire set up, I am thinking of getting:

Enkei RPF1 Black (18x9.5) +15offset (5x114.3)
18x10.5 Enkei RPF1 (Black) Wheels/Rims 5x114.3 (37981056515BK) also +15 offset.

I want to Run r888s 275/35R18 99Y - front
295/30R18 98Y - rear

Can you please tell me if that's going to work especially for the front? I don't want to rub the fender. Thanks!

p.s. I currently have 20mm spacers all around but my current set up is stock sports rays with 245 front and 305s on the back.

Hey guys not trying to cut in on cranzys fitment question but also have a fitment question:

1. Will a 325/30 fit on a 10.5 rim?
2. I'm running 19x10.5et12 do you think I'll have rubbing issues? I have a spare set of rears et22 as well.

Car is on tein Springs with around 1.75 drop.

You need a 12" rim for 325. The biggest you can do with 10.5 is 305

Correct. Generally, we can run 19x11 +5 wheels in the back as long as the tires are narrower than 305s. Based on my experience, 19x11+10 with 305s or 19x11 +5 with 295s work perfectly.

1. I wouldn't do that.
2. No rubbing issues with 19x10.5 +12 in the rear. 19X10.5 +22 in the rear will look sunk in without spacers.

Quick will it fit question:

Looking at Nitto NT05R's. in the 19"s they come in a 305/35 will those fit stock nismo rims?

clkio 05-02-2016 02:28 PM

I think the rear nismo are 10.5 so ya 305 should be good

There are a few threads with pictures of 305 tires on OEM Rays. So yeah, they should fit the Nismo wheels.

Hi guys,
Been looking at getting myself a set of Work VS-XX [not the step lip] - heard a few different things about different disk types... These are A Disk all round, I'm aware that I'll need a ~3mm spacer to clear on the rear, but haven't seen anything about fitment on the front?

Specs: 19x9 +25, 19x10 +25

Looking into new lips essentially making them 19x10+13 , 19x11.5+6 [OR] 19x11+13 (plus 3mm spacer). Don't mind rolling the guards, not planning on getting them pulled. Any estimates on the camber I'll need to run? ~ -2.5 front and back?
Thoughts? Cheers.

2016 Base on stock rims and keeping them that way.

However, I can't stand stretch tires look myself, and need some wider meat to fill the wheel well.

Front: 225/50R18 on 18x8
Rear: 245/45R18 on 18x9

Tentative plan: Swap the current rears to the front and buy wider rears.

Front: 245/45R18 on 18x8
Rear: 295/40R18 on 18x9

Is the 295 pushing it? Stock suspension for now. Wouldn't mind a subtle drop but will see how the swap fills the wells first. I prefer square edge, or even a slight little bulge to stretched. There aren't a lot of 295's in that size so perhaps a 285 instead?

Thanks appreciate the input

Anyone with a similar setup by chance?

245/45 & 275/40's are my combo on stock base wheels...the 275 is about peak with the Nitto 555 G2's@11" section & 10" tread/ measuring the gap between beads is 9", they were a tighter fit than the 275/40 F1 Goodyears before.
245's go easily on the 8" wheel.
