Rust on new Z1 rotors

I installed new Z1 rotors and now a
Rust is starting to form on the inner ring of the rotor face. Does anyone have a good solution for removing and/or preventing this rust ring? I have attached a picture, hopefully you can see what I'm talking about.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...78cc728ede.jpg

Mine rust every time I wash the car. Go fast a brake hard or just drive it and it will go away. It is nothing to worry about. Lol if you brake like you are bedding them they will turn blue. Don't worry about that either. I think it looks cool!

It doesn't matter who's rotors they are. They all rust like that where the pads do not clamp.

I would worry more about how dirty my wheels are :bowrofl:

Bruggers 07-22-2017 09:11 PM

Wheels are dirty from rain and braking the pads in... why wash when it's going to rain again in a day or two, unless you want to clean them while it's storming for me... I'm sure my Z is cleaner than yours on a regular basis.
