Will these fit a widebody?

So my widebody sticks out 2.25" in the rears and 1.75" in the fronts. I am looking at a set of Niche Vicenza wheels and the specs are: 20x9 +35

I am looking at a set of Niche Vicenza wheels and the specs are: 20x9 +35 for fronts 20x10 +40 for rears How will they sit on the car and what tire sizes can I run?
