Get a drop! Sorry - had too...seriously though, wheels are f***ing sexy! Formula Silver reallys sets off the car.

I woke up around 7AM (whoopee for vacation haha) to make the "emergency" call to get everything fixed. I guess the front wheels don't need the hub rings due to the spacers. Casual drive is stable now with virtually no vibration, but I've not exceeded 45mph.

Haha thx... the paint has a nice "mirror" reflection unlike gunmetal. I'll probably consider dropping it the next time I get a new set of tires.

Let us know how it turns out. That nasty vibration should go away once this is fixed ;)

BTW new pictures on 1st post are amazing. Really shows off how nice the wheels are :)

Thanks! Also thanks to my friend and his sweet Nikon 12MP camera (I'm not much of a camera guy so I stick to POS cameras lol). All that's left is a basic CF lip and rear valence to complete the "look."

Although it wasn't something I was aiming for (cmon, who wouldn't want these wheels for themselves? :excited:), but the car is definitely turning heads. :happydance:

I think the lip will really set the car off - infact I think every 370 should have a front lip, but that's just me! lol

Hi do you think
19X9.5 +24
19x10.5 +24
will fit your Z?

Wheel balance or spacers?

After getting the hub centric rings removed from the front wheels (rubbing against the spacer, so it was tossed out), the steering vibration issue remains.

At 60-70 MPH cruising speed the steering wheel gets twitchy and the car gets a little shaky for about a minute and goes away entirely. It comes back whenever I get on the freeway.

Probably the spacers. I had vibration w/my ichiba version ones. Took the spacers off and smooth as glass. Bought H&R spacers and 99% went away.

I just found my next set of wheels!

H&R spacers = no problems.

DIGItonium 01-03-2010 11:10 AM

Drats... I currently have KICS spacers. I'll have to see if there's an H&R one available for the 370Z. Did you guys put in the supplied hub rings? The rings given to me didn't fit through the spacer, so I left them out.

Digi it looks fantastic, I think you should photoshop your car lower in one of those pics. It will make a HUGE difference. Its going to look even better buddy.

Haha thanks. I'll probably "think" about lowering my car when I get slightly larger profile tires.
