Cracked H&R spacer safe to use ???

Lol I didn't buy them knowing one was damaged who the hell would ? I bought them thinking they were in good shape ect..these were basically thrown in a box

I bought them thinking they were in good shape ect..these were basically thrown in a box and shipped.only a little brown wrapping paper and that's it no bubble wrap ect..other 3 are perfectly fine
