It looks more like over inflation than an alignment issue to me. That or someone has a heavy right foot, or realistically a combination of the two.

I don't think you can do proper alignment on those tires. Just burn them some where on the empty Parkin lot have fun with it! Install new tires and then spend money on the alignment.
