All 4 rims same size?

Been lurking the370z for years, first-time poster now that I have my Z!

Needed some advice on my situation:

Currently looking at a really good deal consisting of 4 Vertini Drift rims, but thing is they are all the same size at 19x9.5. I noticed the majority on here have their rear rims bigger at 10.5+. Are there any drawbacks for putting on all of the same size rim other than the deeper/concave look on the rears?

For tires I was then going to put 245/45/R19 on the front and 285/45/R19 in the rears.

Not sure if I need spacers or not to make the wheels flush with the car.

Does my plan make sense? Could I do 295s on the rears as well?

You could go all the same size, spacers could fix the look/off set, but the tire sizes you have are too tall. 245/40/19 front is stock, and 275/35/19 rear. a lot of guys are running a 255/40/19 and a up to a 305/30/19 rear. You could, if you want to be able to rotate the tires, go with a 275/35/19 or even a 285/35/19.
Do you have a sport model, or base? Stock wheels will take some good size rubber.

I have the base model. So I can use the four 19x9.5 rims and the tires I would do the following:

Front - 245/40/19
Rear - 285/35/19
Spacers - Not necessary?

What are your rear offsets? Most likely you will need spacers. Find better size imo.

Yep on the size, spacers will depend on the offset of the wheels your looking at, and the look you want.

Alright cool. In my case since all 4 rims are the same size shouldn't my front and rear tire sidewall specs match? (either all 40 or all 35?).

Also, in terms of offsets I am guessing this can be acquired from looking at the measurement of the new rims I am getting?

Only if the width matches, as the sidewall is a percentage of the width. stock on a sport is 245/40/19 and 275/35/19, it's the over all height you need to match, or close.
Offset should be a spec on the wheels, but check the wheel tire section for more info on what will fit.

Those 9.5 are terrible offsets on the rears. They will be swallowed up in the wheel well! You're better off getting the 10.5 for the rears, you would still need spacers but at least it will work better for you.

Really? Dang, so you are saying just go with the 10.5 rims on the rear?

Yeah, that was my original plan but then I found a great deal on the exact model set of four 9.5 rims for less than half price. I guess it will be my own call if I want to save a grand and get these 9.5's all around or pony up the extra $1000 for proper staggered 10.5 rears.

I would go for the staggered set up plus 15mm spacers in the rear for flush fitment.

Haha that was the exact link I was looking at this morning when I read your previous post. Thing is after I convert to CAD $ this is like $1800. I had a guy selling me the set of four 9.5's for $800 CAD. Man this is tough hehe.

Yeah I'm going to ask him if he doesnt mind selling just 2 of them.
