Well we probably spent a good couple hours emailing back and forth. He is encouraging me to get involved in drift but the thought of smashing up the 370z is frightful. Would need a cheap car I can beat up.

Will be at IFO but I am helping the VegasDrift portion. I will stop by if I can. Jen, you need to atleast try it. Open lot, no curbs be smart or just come to an event and ask for a ride along with someone.

Ace is going to get us in as spectators to the next VD event (not IFO) so we can check it out.

I will have my helmet, if you can find someone to get a ride-along with (its not hard just ask almost anyone who is not competing in the ''mini comp'') let me know so you can borrow it.

What was the deal with the 350 with BMW rims and blast pipes? Got a good laugh from that one.

I saw alot of 350s, the sad sad riced out 370z..... Then Jenz car at IFO. The headlights look great. The car looks amazing. I am just sad you didn't roll over to the VegasDrift area.

I took a peak! I was busy running around with Ryan and other Uprising members. We took a total of 6 trophies including best team participation. Sadly I did not get any individual recognition. There were so many z and g cars that they added a new category for them.

It was nice watching the people react to my car. There were a few snapping pics on their phones and doing circles around the z. Overhead some guy tell his buddy that my z was legit. Lol.

There was a 370Z with a universal spoiler, the 370z was grey. Plasti dip black rims, rattle canned interior (green), ebay nismo stickers everywere, nothing was nismo. Shift knob was on wrong. Plasti-diped rear liscence plate area. He took the sport spoiler off, then put a universal spoiler on by drilling new holes. Didn't cover or weld the old holes..... It was sad, riced out completely. He had a huge daps racing sticker on the front window. The plasti-dip looked horrible, not done right. I could go on. I was blown away a person would do that to a 370.... But to each his own I guess....

Well, I think if we can apply Darwinism to car, this is a prime example. I kinda hope it gets stolen and torn apart, so we never have to see it

I saw him when he rolled in. Didn't look at it too much in detail. I saw the wing and was immediately turned off.

Oh and I've seen the equivalent on this forum.... in terms of people chopping up their 370's. Hehehe.

This is what I have been up to, I was given a Cusco tow hook for my 370Z from my friend who sold his 370Z. I have been painting, sanding then painting again to get this blue with metal flake in it..... Maybe I am a little to picky but I finally got the blue with flake I wanted after 6hrs of trial and error (not counting cure or dry time). All for a part I won't put on my car unless I need it.... I refuse to run it daily. I was also given a lot of random 370 Fairlady Z things that he picked up while in Japan. I am debating putting them on. As I debadge all my cars. Its just the way I like to run. No attention, look twice to see what I do.

So I am going to ask for you're opinion. Will the license plate and or Fairlady Z emblem (real deal from japan). Draw alot of attention?

And unmasked, Finished but I couldn't find decent lighting so I used the Z's hatchlight. I will post pics installed when I get better lighting. The pics just don't do it justice!

Finished wet sanding the clear coat, debating going ahead and painting the remaining metal.

I like it all.
