Yes, instructors ride along. Your first time, they actually require a short training class and the instructor must ride the first session. You will get 3 more 20 minute lapping sessions that same day and the ride along is up to you. Also, the instructors are always available to ride at any of the track days. Great resource for learning new tracks and techniques. They will be having another set of track days Thanksgiving weekend at Firebird if you want to see.
