Discount tire 120th and grant in Thornton, CO. They've done many of my sets of custom wheel and tire packages the last 5 years and never a issue. This would include even powder coated wheels fresh from the shop. You can also ask them to hand install instead of the impact guns that can scratch. The also have the high end machines to mount the tires without scratching the outer rim.
