I feel stupid because my baby is back in the auto shop. I was planning to go with out my car.

FYI, I have a homie that lives in Japan. I'm trying to get him to get me the JDM keychain. Last I checked it was going to be around 70 bucks plus shipping-so its not for the faint of hearts. Just curious who else would like one, I'm trying to set it up so you pay him directly.

The wife got a job waaaay out past durango in a town called cortez, so we are moving on a whim. This is probably my last saturday on the front range for awhile. I'll be sure to check for get togethers when I'm back on the front range visiting. Anyone interested in a drive to cripple creek this saturday? Never been there, but it looks like it may be a decent drive and something to see.

What about the 14th! At High Plains have to find out more info.

There is an event on the 4th but its $99 and you only get two sesion, I haven't found out yet how long the sessions will be. It also is at High Plains

$130 for members and 150 for non-members, I dont think a lot of us will pony up that much cash. So I think the track is out of the question.

SCCA had an event on the 15 here in the Springs.

Mac Autosport in Parker

EDIT: I left a poor review about Mac Autosport in Parker and everything has been righted more than needed. I initially had to pay to correct a tune, but after a conversation with the shop owner, he told me I shouldn't have had to pay. I needed some more work done on my supercharger and went back to MAC and even though some extra time was needed to complete the project I was only billed at the quoted price. Everyone at the shop is very knowledgeable and helpful. I just had to update my review to reflect the corrected help I received at the shop.

I went to Mac Autosport in Parker to get Uprev tuned, and be aware they will get the job done, but they don't stand behind their projects. Got my 370Z Uprev dyno tuned at about a month and a half ago, and about 2 weeks after I started getting a Check Engine Light. I got an appointment to get this fixed back at Mac Autosport. They had the car in the shop for 40 minutes to change two settings that should have been set during the initial tune and ended up charging me for another 1 hour of shop labor. The issue may be fixed now, but paying double to fix something that should have been set the first time doesn't seem right.

Sorry to hear it! I've had great luck there and have been recommending them highly!

They did my uprev, a rear diff and oil cooler and have been great!

Not disagreeing with you, just surprised because I really have had good luck there.

Good deal! I just bought some new tires for 1200, and I stayed on the frugal side. 850 is a killer deal for sport tires.

Please if anyone needs new rubber or wheels come see my team of guys at Discount Tire on 120th and I25. I've been doing business with them for 13 years now and can beat any tire or rim deal in town. Or just call me and get the best deal of your life...:excited:

Really before tax it was only 790.00 a steal, but then had to add tax($63.00)......:icon14:

Chuy 08-25-2013 09:43 PM

MAC Autosport back in the day before they moved and we were drifitng up in Greely. I bought majority of my parts for my 240 from them. Several of my friends started complaining about their prices. I stopped going there one because I was deployed and two because of their prices, I paid a hundred over the cheapest price I found for an LSD but Skippy put the LSD in for free. I'm waiting for someone here in the Springs to step up so I don't have to goto Denver.

So it's getting really last minute for this next meet. Will this Saturday (August 31st) work for everyone? Meet up in Denver this time? I'm going to ACTUALLY start texting the guys who aren't on this forum here. Shadezz if you get a chance to see who else is available that would be awesome. I have school starting this week so I'm a bit busier than usual.
