Hey SurfDog....Had some extra time this last week to make the IFR route you've done.

I departed KOAK in the early am....and arrived @ KDEN mid morning!! Please shoot me another cool route I can take from here to another Southwest Destination.

nice glide-slope into Denver (right on 3 degrees.. pretty good!) you flared early though lol.

also the building behind you on takeoff, runway 29, at Oakland does not exits! Cool pictures though!

Yeah I did flare a little to soon on the landing...Only you would know!!! As far as scenery...FSX creates ground structures for eye candy. ILS system helps a bunch to line you up, so I can stay focused on that glide slope...

Two reds, two whites on the VASI(or PAPI), nice! The pine trees in Oakland are kinda weird too. I've never seen a tree on an airfield, and not many pines in Oakland. Still that sim looks really sweet. Your cockpit looks a LOT like our next gen 737s, (and much nicer than our old -300s)

Next week I'll keep my releases with weather and flight plans so I can give em too you.

p.s. for a landing to be really "good" we shoot to put the wheels on the two "broad" stripes (1000 feet into the touchdown zone). A lot of guys land long at denver (12-16000 foot runways) so we can go for a "Squeaker" which I consider cheating, but the best of us squeak it in the touchdown zone. (Trying to get it right is the most fun part of the job)

Well my s-tune kit is on and looks amazing! I'm heading to the powder coating shop weds of this week for my wheels if anyone wants to join me!!!!

Damn My wheels really need a powder coat, but im on a trip Wednesday...

I can wait till Thursday or go Tuesday instead if you would like....Need to have them done cause I wanna show up to cars and coffee Saturday morning with them ready to go!!!
