Okay guys this is the Exhaust I just got a semi-sponsorship from....
I'm hoping to get everything but the test pipes for now and have time to put them in Friday or Saturday before the car show... Beluga Racing 2518 W. Kingsley Rd. Garland, TX 75041 Ask for Arron he's very helpful and does respond quickly!!! Tel: 469-298-8818 Email: BelugaRacing@gmail.com Retail Prices: Stainless Exhaust: $399.00 Y-Pipe: $169.00 Test Pipes: $129.00 http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...ps57c55c19.png |
Also for you guys thinking about powder coating wheels....for 70-75 a wheel he will fully sandblast wheels, smooth curb damage and give you choice of color, gloss.....
Here is the set I had done for my Scion Xb!!! I think I'm going black again but maybe with a little touch of gloss over the satin black. Any input would help!! http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...ps4eac185e.png http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...ps5f36f9ca.png |
I think black would look really good on your car Shadezz... not sure how glossy to go on wheels but in your case with the way you wet look them I think glossy would look great.
IMHO you should Consider Berk High flow cats instead of test pipes. The cats will keep you legal at smogtime and still give great power and sound (you heard mine) |
p.s. The only thing standing between me and powdercoating my wheels a darker grey is the logistics of getting my wheels down to the powdercoater.
I think light grey or white might look good if you decide to do your calipers (it would stand off well from your dark body/rims. Whenever you guys decide to get together and bake/paint you headlights let me know. I want moral support and help when I do mine and I think we could have a fun time banging them out. Shadezz, your car needs them most of all to darken up a bit. (I'm mostly doing mine so they wont reflect so much laser) lol. |
Yeah it was fun meeting you guys! I'll order the oil cooler as soon as I can. The HKS exhaust keeps calling my name even though I know the oil cooler is more important right now. Someone just posted a used HKS exhaust in the classifieds. Seeing that I can get it $2k new, you think it would be worth offering the guy less than $1600? What do you think it is worth?
I'm going to register for that car show on Sunday. I'll see you guys there! I'm hoping the weather is nice. SurfDog, Ha! Don't worry I know. My dad has a unique look. No offense taken! Shadezz, Will you have that exhaust on by the car show? I'd love to hear it. I think I'm going to pass on the wheels and headlights for now. The wheels are intriguing, but I guess I want other items first. Definitely willing to help out on headlights though. I've done that before on a Subaru so I'm assuming it will roughly be the same procedure. Happy to help. |

Is there a good weekend that you'll be off or on vacation in the next month? We could plan together to do the wheels together, but will need to remove tires also. Expect 2 days without your wheels. We could even plan a trip out there to his massive shop (64th in Commerce city) to check colors and time frames if you want before hand. Also what IFR routes do you fly for Southwest? I'm would like to punch it in to my flight sim x and take the Citation X, or Lear45 for a Southwest route!!! |
