The M370 IM is probably killing your top end. You should have picked up some decent mid range torque, tho'.
The only other thing to check is that the air feed mod isn't creating turbulence -- if MAF voltage readings aren't stable, it will be impossible to tune properly -- the MAF's are VERY sensitive to turbulence. If that's off, the fueling will be off. If all is stable, then the M370 is the problem, at least in terms of peak power.
