What's the best place in the Md area for tuning?

Im currently looking for a tuner in the VA MD area as well. AAM charges almost 1k for a uprev tune....... yeah, dont think so. There are about 35 places

There are about 35 places to choose from in the area, and most of them charge less than half that, some reputable, some not. let me know how much it is. for 1k it damn well better be the best tune anyone has EVER gotten on the entire planet, 50 dyno pulls, 20 maps, and 2 weeks worth of ******* shop time. I can BUY an uprev/cipher/osiris LICENCE for that much. what a god damn rip off.
