Need to tune now

After stillen Gen 3, Z1 test pipes and AAM axle back I believe I need to tune. I'm considering a new mid pipe too. What are everyone's suggestions? Y or

I'm considering a new mid pipe too. What are everyone's suggestions? Y or H pipe? Also, what tune should I use?
