Hi Pelican,
I am new at this .I live in Shelton CT.I would like to know where in CT the pro tuner is located you were talking about.

Hey there, welcome...

The shop is called RDZ motorsports and they are in Danbury. I havent had any work done by them but probably will be in for a tune come spring, i am just still curious what the gains would be for the nismo... Trying to find more info on that.

Also, Jack Cecil, the tuner, raised our redline to 7900 and the car was pulling strong all the way to 7900 which was surprising.

Afaik, only GTM is working on cracking the VVEL control, not sure how that would "mesh" with an UpRev tune but I'd guess you'd need both. Custom dyno retunes at HP Logic are only $195 so it's not a big deal to come back and do it again as I add mods (I'm also on the fence about the M370).

In a word, yes. You have to consider it this way and just hope that whatever dealer you go to is nice. Their consult III will be able to tell that your ECU has been flashed, even if you are running the stock map iirc.

Jack is the man!

Got me 20whp on his dyno with my tune.

Hello and Welcome. Not sure if you saw above, but the shop is called RDZ in Danbury. I havent been to it yet so I cant give a recommendation myself. I will probably go this spring. The $499 quote is for the flashing only, I believe they quoted $800 for the actual tune on the dyno...

Thanks Pelican ,I will probably contact RDZ come spring as well.
