I just got mine today. While I was installing it, screen says This version of AP does not support this vehicle. So I couldn't install it. Does it matter if

I just got mine today. While I was installing it, screen says This version of AP does not support this vehicle. So I couldn't install it. Does it matter if I have 2010 ECU??? My dealer had swap 09 ECU model to 10 ECU model because of the high pitch noise.
