New Software, Up-Rev, now car won't start when Hot!!!

Updated my tables based on some old tune data, and it worked!!!! But the Tach now shows 2000 at idle, So I re-flashed again and now I am back to

Any idea on how to get a base tune??? __________________ It's not my fault I'm old, I was born a very long time ago!
