Engine load % wack

One thing that could be causing this could be your Gallery gaskets or VTCs.

I'm following a slightly broken gasket or bad VTCs and the engine load goes all over the place until they start behaving.

Have your tuner check your VTC and VVEL angles as the engine loads start to get crazy to see if he see's any weird angles.

The fact that this problem continued after a flash/tune could point to something mechanical and realistically there's not many engine issue that would make the Load % act like that.
