RPM drop when pressing the clutch after Turbo and Tune

I've come up with a better way to explain the problem I'm having. Basically I see this idle drop (as shown in the video) if I leave the transmission in

I've come up with a better way to explain the problem I'm having.

Basically I see this idle drop (as shown in the video) if I leave the transmission in gear (MT) and press the clutch. If I press the clutch and throw the shifter into neutral it does not drop the RPM. So it's something changing when the neutral switch is active I guess.
