ISO K Line Error

Hey guys, we were trying to flash an UpRev tune on to my 2011 today and the software kept saying it couldn't flash the ECU due to an ISO K Line error. Has anyone run in to the issue and know how to fix it? I did some searching and couldn't really find any concrete solutions.

We tried pulling that thing out and pushing it in multiple times and it was still throwing the same error.

Not sure what the problem is but I'd:
Contact UpRev They have probably had other customers run into this.
and/or
Hook up an OBD scan tool and see if it will communicate.
