I hear you there, but it seemed like the car was on the edge already lol. It could just be my inexperience but my co-driver has been doing this for 3 years now and finished 11th in DS at Nationals this year, and he was pushing the car it seemed like to me.

It sounds like you need to be driving slower not faster

. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. If you slow down a bit you'll handle better and be a lot faster through the turns and especially slaloms. I've seen a lot of drivers leaving several seconds out on the course because they pushed too hard into one corner before a slalom and then were attempting to play catch-up for the rest of the run.
