TrackDaze does great events.

I'm very happy with TCUSA (who is running Grand VIR in Feb)

and although they are kind of sticklers (especially in AX), Tar Heel Sports Car Club has great events with awesome people who organize it. (Classroom sessions are fun). That being said, it does say Tar Heel in their name so F**K that.
