RT only for the guy next to you. And most people you are up against are rarely in the same vehicle class. I know at Qualcom in SD I have been up against R1's and CBR's quite a few times and its no fun to see a bike get literally half of what you are running.

The cars with really high hp don't get their chance to shine since the race is over in about 6 to 7 seconds for them and 1 -2 seconds is wasted just getting out of the dig. But its all good fun anyway. I saw a lot of hybrids their 2 fridays ago messin around.
