IMO if it looks like your get a hot track day, get a cheap 40 grade oil and change it out after the track day. Though it will do nothing with your temps and you will still get into limp mode, you wont be damaging your engine with extra wear at higher temps since the oil will preform as a 30 grade oil at higher temps.
Another option is switch out your coolant to water and water wetter and just have better cooling and before any freezing temps arrive switch back to antifreeze. This will slightly lower your engine temps and in turn lower your oil temps slightly.
