help with SCCA track classification please

Reviving this post from the beginning of the year. Our car seems that it fits into STU pretty well and the times in STU tend to be faster than STR

Reviving this post from the beginning of the year. Our car seems that it fits into STU pretty well and the times in STU tend to be faster than STR (from my quick analysis). Would they let us jump up to STU if we wanted to run on our stock tire/wheel widths? (Since they are too wide for STR where we are actually classed)
