First time ever tracking? You don't need a lot then. Upgrade the fluid and the oil cooler and you will be fine. At least if you are going with a reputable group like PCA or BMW with instructors who actually know what they are doing. After the first time, and you get faster, then all the other upgrades will be necessary, but as a first time track outing, you won't be pushing it near the limits.
