I am sure all of us who track our cars have really paused after witnessing yesterday’s crash. I know that my wife told me that if I watch anymore footage she would never let me back on the track again.
That video was awful… Like watching a centrifuge hurling the cars into the wall… It is strange why we need to push the limits… But I know that I have never even come close to what Dan could accomplish… Sorry...I don't know what else to say...

It was a horrible accident and I feel terrible for his friends and family. Been a couple of other threads about it. The main one here:
