an AMS GT-R will do 9's and the kit for it is 22,000 or something like that. Improves the GT-R so much it is faster than the Bugatti to 160mph.

Like someone else said, throw a few twists and turns on the track and that mustang won't stand a chance. IMO mustangs are junk anyway. with a deep enough wallet you can make anything run 10's or better.
