That slope on the 60-130 ain’t doing you any favors. 100-110 is 0.5 sec slower on 60-130 vs 1/4m and thats even before the real incline starts from 110-130. If

That slope on the 60-130 ain’t doing you any favors.
100-110 is 0.5 sec slower on 60-130 vs 1/4m and thats even before the real incline starts from 110-130. If you had a flat or even better a slightly decline road like the 1/4m run had, probably shave 2sec off the 60-130. |
