How much would you say is down to the weight cut, and how much is down to the hoosiers? I'm gonna have to get the surge system installed to do a yolo lap to get my time closer lmao.

The time I have posted is still without aero and before I started driving more with the right foot.

On (Nismo aero) car with full weight, ran 1:44.7 on RE-71R sticker, with weight reduction(350lb) with Toyo RR, another 1.5 - 2 second faster, (Toyo RR sticker is slightly slower than RE-71R sticker) Hoosier A7 is around 2 seconds faster than Toyo I'd say on MSR. But need stiff suspension and aero to take real advantage of Hoosier on high speed sections. I'd say 38-39 is for sure doable with right setup and really clean lap.

Thanks, Well, they were good for about 1-2 laps at NCM before they fell off pace pretty bad. Sadly it wasn't event hot out either. That track has no time to cool down the tires, where at cota there was plenty of time to cool them down before more abuse.

Interesting comment, I have a square setup with the same tires, I have only done one session at AMP, not as demanding as NCM and they held up well. Will keep your comments in mind, I am doing Road Atlanta on 5/5....

Did Road Atlanta on 5-5-2022, took 5 seconds off my best time last year.
Square setup paying off and a bit of more confidence in my skills under braking.
Turn 1 still giving me trouble and turn 10 and 11 to the start finish line, lots of self-preservation.
