Road America - Bend (No Kink) Config

New PB by a hair over 2 seconds at the Bend config of RA. New tires but COLD day. Tires were at best just as grippy as my old ones on a warmer day, and often felt less grippy.
I got way more comfy with braking zones, and hope to get as comfortable at RA as I am at Blackhawk Farms early next year.

Lots of accidents that day, and I skipped the 4th session as a result, but was happy to improve upon the previous day there.

Did you have to add any plate reinforcement to the hatch skin for 9LR wing to prevent hatch deforming? Im wondering if the wing mount per their instruction is solid without any wiggles.

You ever run into heat soaking issues or over heating? I’ll be running the same kit but with a g series turbo. How much boost you you usually run at the same.

Not after the cooler relocation, bumper, and venting. Proven on a 90 degree day 40 minute session. The motor also let go about 2 seconds after the video ended haha. This was a 9psi on a 6266 Ball Bearing. I'd like to make the switch to a G-series if they ever make a G35-900 with a T-4 divided housing. Feel free to post on my build thread so we can keep the clutter out of this one!

and is Eagles Canyon -- MSR Cresson or should it be labeled both

MSR Cresson and MSR Houston are separate tracks, both are "motor sport ranch" tracks though. Cresson is near FTW and Houston is in Houston

Eagles Canyon isn't under the MSR umbrella but is also near FTW.

MSR Cresson has 3 configs:
3.1 (can only be ran one way)
1.7 that can be CCW or CW
1.3 which is almost never run by itself and is a CCW only.

Also you can remove this lap time, I think it was a typo from wayback...i've never raced at Arroyo Seco. I think that was my lap time at Autoclub Speedway Infield but nobody really runs that configuration very often

the following changes have been made

All the Eagles Canyon times can be combined, but you could make a new line for Eagles Canyon Raceway CW, which none of the current times are.

For the MSC Cresson times: the two 3.1 groups can be combined, the 1.7 CCW is fine, and there should be a new line for 1.7 CW. I think some of the 1.7 CCW times are actually CW but its kinda too late.

The group that Corsairprime and myself go with does it (the 1.7) both ways often so I will make sure to be very specific on new 1.7 times as to the direction.

Think that is it, any corrections/comments are always welcomed

NOTE: The 1.7 at MSR Cresson was just freshly repaved. Only had the new surface 1 week cured for the turns and 2 days cured for the straight sections. it is very grippy now and there are a few new bumps at the transitions from the 1.3 to the 1.7 between turn 10 and Ricochet. Had a great time making a new PB. The fast lap is the second one in the video link below. Youtube was still processing this video at the time of this writing. Enjoy the video.

I also wanted to point out that Steven Barkers time was a dyslexic typographical error, unfortunately he did not set a time of 1.23.284 it was a 1:24.290 which will change his ranking. Sorry Steven :(Here is a link to those results, he tried to correct it in his post a while ago but probably just forgot to reach out to you to update it. I've spoken with him about the error and he acknowledges it, please PM him if you have any questions.

I just realized Stevens lap time is for CCW, i thought i remembered seeing two sets of times for CW and CCW at some point. But that needs to be broken out for sure.
