Hey there, Quick question... I been trying to practice my launch lately in my Z can't quite get it right, is it better to launch in first gear or second?

Hey there,
Quick question... I been trying to practice my launch lately in my Z can't quite get it right, is it better to launch in first gear or second? Like if u took your car to the track which gear would you all launch with, oh and is there a certain rpm I need to Rev it up to first? Thanks!
