I know not all slotted rotors are the same but yours appear to be on backwards/reversed. Check the direction of the vane...

Your rotors should be swapped

you just need to swap drivers side with passenger. both the front and rears

As others have mentioned the direction of the cooling vane is important but, if you have the Z1 slotted rotors (not the 2 peice) the vane is non directional. I have them mounted on my Z the same way you do.
