Will this require new lug bolts and nuts? I'm currently on stock '13 Rays. If so, recommendations...

It varies depending on width and offsets.

I think white on white is just....well to much white. That is just my opinion though do as you wish. Bronze Burst would be my first choice of the other two you mentioned.

I ordered myself a set in Bronze burst a few weeks ago :) Cant beat the look for the price IMO.
