I understand the rationale for keeping it anonymous as to who reps you, but doesn't that also open the door to abuse as it pertains to negative reps? Like if

I understand the rationale for keeping it anonymous as to who reps you, but doesn't that also open the door to abuse as it pertains to negative reps? Like if someone doesn't like you for some reason, he can negative rep you repeatedly with impunity.
