Consumers are gonna be "difficult" regardless of whether a system is in place or not.

There are plenty of forums who are able to keep a feedback system in place and still have plenty of vendors supporting the forum.

Again, why the emphasis on vendors? This forum is here for the community, i.e. 370z owners, right? The forum members are just as important as the vendors.
