I was actually having issues with the CAPTCHA when trying to sign in on my laptop and on my mobile browser, however on my desktop was completely fine. Are you using a desktop or mobile device?

I am not quite sure what's the problem is bc I am getting tons of daily registrations. I do get random email from people saying " my email was rejected" or "I was denied registration" etc (strong spam filter/sensors), but other than that, no issues. I can def. look into re-capcha if your friend like but I doubt it's the culprit. Has he/she cleared the browser (cache) and try again? If not, please tell him/her to email me his/her a. desired s/n b. email address. I'll manually create an account and send him/her the password.
