That brings to mind a question I've had for a while: If I install equipment to allow for better breathing (i.e. something like Stillen intakes) without modifying the exhaust system

That brings to mind a question I've had for a while:
If I install equipment to allow for better breathing (i.e. something like Stillen intakes) without modifying the exhaust system in any way, would I be at any risk of not passing an emissions test? |
