Well... I've already planted the seed about a hill country run out to the Twisted Sisters in the Austin events thread. Ideally, this run would be open to only 370s and GT-Rs, but if we can grow this event, I'd be cool with other models joining in.

I'm thinking possibly a Labor Day weekend run? Let's see how many SA area folks we can get to commit.. hopefully, this could turn into a smaller scale NismoFiesta style run!!

As far as a starting point, I'm thinking Buc-ees in New Braunfels. This would be an ideal mid point for both SA and Austin peeps. From there, we would take Hwy 46 out to Boerne and then Hwy 16 to the Twisted Sisters. Keeping along the lines of the Nismo Fiesta run, we can stop and grab lunch at the Bent Rim grill in Leakey before heading back.

Let me know what you guys think and I will create a flyer to post in the area threads on here and in the area Z club sites.

Not yet. If anyone has contacts with the GT-R group, go ahead and send out feelers. Another question is... do we want to include the other Z classes? Maybe just 350s? If anyone has suggestions, feel free to PM me or throw out your ideas here.

Personally, I liked the smaller group feel of just the 370/GTR meet up. Of course that's just my .02 and I'm always open to whatever.

Personally, i do too. I just dont want anyone to feel butthurt if we advertise 370/gtr only.. especially within the area z clubs

off subject a bit..thinking of getting a shifter, any reccomendations? Experiences? Going to change fluids out to amsoil at first service, but trans feels notchy (especially 2nd) and want a smoother and short shift in addition to better fluid. Thanks in advance

If you want to go, put your name on the list with the day you can make it. If the majority of people that sign up say "sunday".. then it will be sunday. This is why i said currently the day of the cruise is tentative depending on what kinda feedback we get.
