LOL.. I've been known to mod things here and there. Although it's not running (and it's on the back burner at the moment), I've got a heavily modded fully restored 650-ish HP Pontiac Trans Am (on nitrous) sitting in my garage. I'm also in the process of doing a big stereo setup in my F150. (2) 10's and (6) 15's.. haha! So yeah, I've modded and I've built a few things in my day.. Not bad for an "old fart".

Hey everyone just wanted to drop in and introduce myself to the DFW community. My name is Jarrod and I purchased a '13 AT on Friday from Nissan of McKinney.

I've seen several of your cars from watching the regional pages and would love to drop by one of your meets and check out the work you have done. Maybe someone could offer some tips and point me in the right direction when I decide on my first few modifications.

Also, since this is the regional forum, I currently live off of 75/Arapaho in Richardson.

It looks like you guys are pretty active with meets, I was in Addison last night at the other Z Club meet. After seeing that pearl white Z in the picture :icon18: you posted, it's going to force me to mod my pearl white 2013 Z.

I can't really find to many 2013 mods at the moment. I'm pretty sure 2012 would workout but no one really claiming mods for 2013 just yet.

I will be on the look out for the next meet, just give me another reason to drive. Of course, the weather has to be right for me to go. If I ever hear it's going to rain or sprinkle rain ( I'm out ).

same mods as those from 09-12 :icon17: only difference in 2013s are the front bumper and built-in "oil cooler"

Yes, I was at the ZCon meet. Your right about the model Z changes but no one claiming it work for 2013 just because of the year model. I do agree anything with 09-12 should work with 2013s.

I'm still deciding what to do, I will make some mod changes soon. The first thing is the exhaust system. I have to be careful not to get to aggressive to invalid the warranty. That's what sucks about modifying new cars.

Oh yeah, Far as Arlington meet I be open to go, what day is it going to be?

As far as warranty goes... if anything goes wrong, put back oem part before you have it checked out at the dealership :icon17: in all seriousness, yes, mod at your own discretion :tup:

'12 was first MY for oil cooler. '10 was backup camera and heated mirrors.
