Had fun at the meet tonight! Cracked my front lip on the way home pretty bad. On the highway at 70mph and hit a chunk of what looked like a tire in the road. Slammed into the lip then buckled under the car.

What should I do to repair it?!?!
There's long cracks but it only damaged the clear coat from the looks of it. Will any autobody shop be able to sand it and just re-clear it?

I almost cracked it just installing it cause it fits so tight so taking it off isn't an option.
