Time to get some Photo Blocker...too many dam intersection cameras around here. I got hit the night we met up two weeks ago on my way. Dam ticket says "proceeding into intersection on a red light". Any of you using Photo Blocker spray?

Yea there are so many red light cameras it's not even funny. Does that photo blocker stuff even work?

On an unrelated note, I got pulled over this past weekend for no front plate... Nina I might need that stillen front plate thing back lol I only got a warning but I figure that cop is going to remember my car the next time it sees me... especially since it was around my gf's house...

@Jason, I'm not sure how effective that blocker is since you can still see your plate but if you put too much of that stuff on, visibility of your plate decreases which can get you ticketted - plus, I think it's illegal to start with

Yea plano cop... I was going maybe 40 in a 35 and he pulled me over saying I was speeding plus no front plate... but good thing it was only a warning. Hit me with laser too so really had no chance to slow down, even though I didn't even feel I was going fast at all lol

What part of Plano were you at? That happened to me once near my parents' house.. I was going 38-40 in a 35, got pulled over for "speeding" by a cop pacing me... checked me out, I was clean so he had to let me go. You must have been roaming around my side of town then lol 35mph are only around the EAST SIDE, foo!! :icon17:

Yea east side lol on Parker rd near Jupiter. Stupid thing is I know there are crazy cops there so I do intentionally slow down... just got me when I hit the accelerator a little longer than usual lol

That sucks Thomas, plus your car looks too similar to mine from a glance.

I've had cops make mention of the plate but never received a citation or anything. Never been pulled over for just the plate.

Vipor, they always notice my missing/misplaced plates when they pull me over and last time, the old man actually gave me a ticket for not having it on the bumper (had it on the windshield)

Hey guys, just wanted to mention that Cobb Tuning in Plano is having an open house today from 7-10pm. I'm going to head over to this event to see my friend from LR who's getting parts, dyno, and custom tune. These are some great guys to work with, they tuned my old WRX. There should be a mix of car types; although likely mostly Subaru's since that is still the vast majority of their customer base. May even be some GTR's out there.

Does anyone want to come join me? If it sucks (which I doubt), we can always roll out somewhere else.

Hmm that looks interesting, although didn't Cobb drop the 370z as a platform for tuning? I think you mentioned this open house before but I totally forgot lol

I'm down to go if everyone else agrees but I'm inclined to keep the original plan and go to that next month.

They did used to list the 370Z along with the GTR for parts and tuning. However, I noticed last night that I didn't see anything. Probably too much on the plate...I guess. I'm sure these guys would still put parts on for you and dyno/custom tune your Z for you.

I think I'll be eating salad along with you Thomas cause I just ate the biggest freaking steak I've had this year.

Does anyone want to head over to Plano to check out their open house then grab a bite in the area instead of Las Colinas?? Lemme know what y'all think ASAP so I can update the info.
