I like the Las Colinas spot. We should always meet there as our central location, its easy to get to and about as close to dfw as Im going to get.

I think we move around because most of the core group likes to try different food lol The Las Colinas spot is good but the restaurants around there are a bit pricey and the parking lot is filled for the most part at 8pm.

Why pick the busiest place in town?

I'm reeeeeally confused though on tonights location. Why we are picking the busiest place in Frisco? We went from meeting at the Allen In & Out to the In & Out Frisco location....lol. Frisco might be a better drive for people...or not as far? But the location is nuts, I just drove over there after work around 3:15pm today......that place was packed....the parking lot was coned off like an SCCA auto-X event for the drive-thru cars.

Why pick an insanely busy place?

Well, In-N-Out was thrown out there and since there are only 2 locations open, so far, the closest one to FW is the Frisco location and that's how we came up with it.

We're still meeting there, but if we find that the wait is not worth it, we can go elsewhere (there are about a gazillion other places around)

Okay I was only asking......I don't mean to be a pain.

What about anyone that shows up late? I guess we all have smart phones and can post the new location here on the forum. I'd hate for someone to drive a long distance and show up to no car meet because we moved somewhere else. I'm speaking from experience....i guess if we pick a place we should stick to it because people always show up late.

I think at some point we should move north up Macarthur and check out the next strip mall area. See if we like the parking situation any better and maybe there will be some slightly less expensive restaurants.

I like local meets just down the street :) I'm lazy.

From my experience Grapevine was always the best location for a DFW meet because it was centralized. The downside is that there is so much construction there right now :(

Tonight there is another Mav's game....so maybe it won't be busy...we can only hope.

Theres a bunch of Zs going to Time Out Sports Grill tonight in Branson MO at 8pm to watch the MAVs Final if you guys wanna come out and join us. HAHAHHAA :ugh2:

Anyway you guys can do this closer to Arlington area? I know a couple 370z guys that I can bring out with me. I'm new to the 370z and plan on modding, although I find that seeing mods done in person gives me a better idea of what i'm in store for.

Las Colinas/Irving is the most central location since we have people coming from McKinney as well as Fort Worth. Personally, I'm okay with driving 45 mins - an hour but I'm not sure others would be so willing.

In regards to the venue, Rockfish is off of MacArthur and 161 (across 161 from our usual meet spot), if you guys want to keep the meet location in Irving.

OR

If Arlington is where you guys wanna move the meet to, we could go to Pappadeaux off of 30 and N. Collins

I'm from fort worth/crowley myself. Originally had a red Genesis Coupe, now due to a recent accident I've recently acquired a red 370z touring with sprt.

I'd love to meet the rest of you fellow 370z guys, I was very much so involved in the Genesis Coupe community. I'd love to start off on the right foot over here as well.
