Man, Austin is too beautiful. Roads are mostly smooth. But i love how they swoop left and right, up and down. Like I'm in a car commercial. Then i hit traffic grrr

FM 2222 from Mopac to 360 is an awesome 3 mile section of roadway

Thats actually exactly what i was talking about. I was going good for a mile, then i caught up to a bunch of slow cars.

That's the best section of road in the city that I know about. The following is a nice run about 40 minutes southwest of Austin
Co Rd 190/Creek Rd to Farm to Market Rd 165 - Google Maps |
check out Spicewoods springs road... between 360 and 183. Awesome drive.
Also, out past 620 is lime creek road. Google it... well worth the drive out there. There are tons of roads just like this all around town. Enjoy the view! |
