Just starting to look into upgrading my suspension. My car will see some track days, but it will be mainly used on the street.

A couple of quick questions, does this kit lower the car. If so, how much.

I have a 370z touring with sport package. As far as street use goes, how smooth of a ride can I expect. How does it compare to the sport package suspension in terms of ride and comfort?
